it would be hard for pulaski's girls to beat abingdon's girls by 40.....especially since they haven't played.

pulaski's boys beat abingdon's boys 85-44. abingdon's boys aren't awful if that's who you are putting down, unless you want to call gate city's boys awful since pulaski beat them by 23. all that means is pulaski county has a pretty good boys team this year.

With the exception of Gate City, every team I've seen this year is down considerably from last year.

It's early yet, but overall it hasn't been a good start to the basketball season throughout most of Region D.

With the exception of a few TS, GC, and Council teams, Region D basketball has blown dogs for quarters for quite some time.

We've had some very good girls' basketball teams particularly at JJK and GC in the last few years, but even the girls teams are less competitive this year.
